昨天，洛阳中行、洛阳邮政银行已执洛阳低率，房贷利率调整为首套房LPR-60BP，二套房LPR-50BP。
即当前洛阳首套房贷款利率降至3.35%（LPR-60BP），二套房贷款利率降至3.45%（LPR-50BP），以贷款100万为例，每月少还55.44元，虽然不多，但是每个月可以多加10个鸡腿了
而此前，洛阳首套房贷款利率为3.45%（LPR-50BP），二手房贷款利率为4.15%（LPR+20BP）。
