新金路6月2日公告，公司此前拟以现金收购天兵科技45.28%股权。鉴于目前客观情况发生较大变化，原协议暂时不具备履行条件，进而导致合同目的短期内无法实现，出于商业上的考虑，为保护上市公司和投资者利益，经各方友好协商，决定终止本次收购事项。
