"Empowering Childhood Dreams with Love"

With heartfelt gratitude, the AIT Worldwide Logistics "Stars Children" charity event concludes, bringing joy and support to children in need. We extend our deepest appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this dream a reality!

On the morning of June 1, 2024, the AIT Worldwide Logistics Shenzhen Branch proudly sponsored the public welfare activity "Empowering Childhood Dreams with Love" at the Tianzhijiao Rehabilitation Service Center. AIT Shenzhen employees and volunteers united to create a memorable day for the children, filled with singing, games, and crafts, enriching their lives with warmth and healing.

Prior to the activities, Ms. Zhang, a teacher from the Tianzhijiao Rehabilitation Service Center, graciously led AIT employees on a tour of the facility, offering insights into the children's rehabilitation progress. Inspired by the children's resilience, AIT employees eagerly engaged with the teachers and admired the children's artwork.

At the event's commencement, Mr. Kelvin Li, Branch Manager of AIT Worldwide Logistics Shenzhen, expressed, "As a global logistics company, AIT embraces social responsibility. Today, we unite with charity organizations, utilizing International Children's Day to nurture the dreams of the star’s children through compassionate companionship. Blessings to all."

The activities fostered social skills and teamwork among autistic children, encouraging their interaction through games and creative expression. During the handwork session, laughter filled the air as children joyfully painted their favorite patterns on leaves, their faces radiant with happiness.

A volunteer who participated in the activity said: The children who did not know the stars before, because of less contact, were a little anxious about today's activity, afraid of bad service. After attending, I saw the happy smiles of the children and took the initiative to take photos with me and found that I was too worried. I don't love the children, but the children "love" me.

Another volunteer said: Today's event made me realize that the children of the stars, although they have their own special features, they also have the right to be accepted, understood, and respected as ordinary children. Just like the leaf handicraft we made today: each work is unique, and we hope that more people will pay attention to understand, ensure that they can enjoy equal opportunities and dignity, and create a more friendly and supportive environment for them.

Following the event, AIT love volunteers distributed gifts to each child, witnessing two children spontaneously showcase their talents. May these children experience health and happiness daily, transcending the confines of International Children's Day. Let us aspire for greater understanding, attention, and acceptance towards these children, thereby elevating public awareness of the autistic community.Let's spread smiles and sunshine to autistic children, nurturing their education with love and care.
