在世間的一隅，不起眼的角落，何以有驚人的創造力悄然綻放？或許是那些敏感而細膩的心靈，在捕捉世間萬物的瞬間，將點滴靈感孕育成獨一無二的藝術瑰寶。

In a corner of the world, where creativity quietly blooms, what ignites such astonishing creations? Perhaps it's the sensitive and delicate minds, capturing fleeting moments of the world, nurturing droplets of inspiration into unique artistic treasures.

Sami Tsang，這位華裔藝術家，便是如此。她以陶瓷和繪畫為媒介，勇敢地探討和表達那些在傳統中國文化中被視為禁忌的家庭話題，從而讓人們從一個全新的角度審視和思考這些問題。

Sami Tsang, a Chinese-Canadian artist, embodies this spirit. Using ceramics and painting as her mediums, she bravely explores and expresses taboo family topics in traditional Chinese culture, prompting viewers to reconsider and contemplate these issues from fresh perspectives.

Sami Tsang出生於加拿大，成長於香港，這樣的雙重文化背景使她的藝術創作具有更加多元和深刻的視角。她的作品不僅形態各異，色彩豐富，而且充滿了象徵和隱喻，引導觀眾深入思考家庭、社會和文化等複雜問題。善用卡通化的手法來呈現這些敏感主題，使得作品既具有直觀性，又不失深度和內涵。

Born in Canada and raised in Hong Kong, Sami's dual cultural background enriches her artistic vision profoundly. Her works are diverse in form and rich in color, filled with symbolism and metaphor, guiding audiences to delve deep into complex issues of family, society, and culture. By employing a cartoon-like style to present sensitive themes, her artworks are both accessible and profound, blending directness with depth and meaning.

曾在加拿大藝術館裏觀賞過她的陶瓷作品，有個作品令我印象深刻，小孩嘴嚼蜜糖，頭戴醒獅，一臉開心，移步另一個角度，小孩手拿鉛筆，兩道淚痕赫然眼前，內心自然是悲傷，如此掙扎、矛盾的情感，在交織與碰撞之中，仿佛在講述著一個完整的人生故事。這一種深刻的兩面性。就像生活中的酸甜苦辣，總是相伴相隨。

Having witnessed her ceramic works in Canadian art galleries, one piece left a lasting impression: a child happily chewing honey, wearing a lion dance costume; yet from another angle, the child holds a pencil with tears streaming down, expressing deep sadness. This portrayal of struggle and conflicting emotions interweaves and collides, narrating a complete life story. Such profound duality mirrors life's bittersweet experiences, always intertwined.

於繁華中守住寂寥，於寂寥中驚世駭俗，她大膽、細緻地剖析內心，在冷暖色調之間尋找著平衡點，為不同文化的交融帶來了更多可能性，更為陶瓷雕塑的藝術天空添以不同色彩。

Guarding solitude amidst bustling surroundings, and astonishing the world amidst solitude, Tsang meticulously dissects her inner self, seeking balance between warm and cool tones. She expands possibilities for cultural fusion and enriches the artistic realm of ceramic sculpture with diverse hues.
