雷晓宁————画家、雕塑家，1952年生，祖籍湖南，客居南京。师从大画家赵良翰先生（吕风子学生），刘汝醴教授（徐悲鸿高足）和艺术大师亚明先生。
雷晓宁主攻中国画、雕塑、尤擅画马，其独树一帜的画马风格和影响，被画坛誉为“雷氏画马”“当代第一马”和“中华又一马”
