肠癌，一般指大肠癌，是源于大肠黏膜上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤，又称为结直肠癌。专家介绍，大肠癌是一种生活方式癌，如果长期喜欢进食红色的肉，比如牛肉、猪肉、羊肉、动物的内脏等高胆固醇食物，将大大增加罹患大肠癌的风险。
