眼下，缙云县大洋镇茭白种植基地的茭白又到了上市季节。缙云茭白历史悠久，已有670多年的历史，农民种植茭白的传统和技艺代代相传，目前全县茭白种植面积6.6万亩、占全国8%，年产量12.7万吨，带动全产业链产值19亿元，从业人员超3.6万人，茭白产业成为当地农业支柱产业之一。
