中国贸易救济信息网7月17日，Skyworks根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定无线前端模块及其下游设备和组件（Certain Wireless Front-End Modules, Devices Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）违反了美国337条款。
中国康希通信科技（上海）有限公司、美国Grand Chip Labs, Inc.、中国台湾地区D-Link Corporation、美国D-Link Systems Inc.、中国福建锐捷网络股份有限公司为列名被告。
