财联社7月21日电，韩国军方当地时间21日通报称，为应对朝鲜方面对韩放飞携带垃圾的气球等行为，韩方将全面展开对朝扩音广播。当天稍早前，韩国联合参谋本部表示，朝鲜再次向韩国放飞气球。
