22日，淮河一号洪峰过境安徽滁州明光市，明光段水位一度全线超警，最高水位达到了18.05米。
目前，淮河明光段水位已逐步回落，水域仍全面禁航，沿淮各乡镇组织了千余名防汛抢险人员昼夜加强巡堤查险，确保大堤安全。
