湖南长沙警方今天通报：2024年7月27日凌晨0时10分许，长沙市开福区月湖街道舟桥路段发生一起机动车撞人案件，伤者均送往医院救治。
目前，8人经抢救无效死亡，2人重伤、3人轻伤。犯罪嫌疑人粟某某（男，55岁，月湖街道居民）已被公安机关控制，案件正在进一步侦办中。
