菲律宾国家减灾委称，自7月11日起，菲律宾连续受到第三号台风“格美”、第四号台风“派比安”和西南季风影响。截至7月31日8时，菲律宾累计受灾人数已经超过526万，死亡39人，另有6人失踪。（总台记者 黄铮铮）
