中国网财经7月31日讯(记者 曹中原)记者从郑州市住房保障和房地产管理局获悉，经郑州市政府研究，住房保障部门不再对新建商品住房销售价格进行指导，开发企业按照自主定价进行销售、办理商品房预(销)售许可(备案)手续。
