在打造民宿空间时，营造出独特的氛围感是至关重要的。一是轻投入，重软装：好的民宿设计应该是有性格和有情绪，通过建筑，室内，环境，文字，视觉等各方面的调和，最终形成极具性格的统一体，夜间氛围可以利用各式灯具，打造有层次的灯光氛围；二是借山借水：利用借景和框景等造园手法去放大优势，结合可互动场景等进行更多有趣的体验。三是保留记忆，也许是一颗老树，一个罐子，甚至是一面旧墙，通过设计手法进行重新设计，让它们成为故事讲述的一部分。

When creating a homestay space, it is crucial to create a unique sense of atmosphere. First, light investment, heavy soft decoration: a good homing design should have character and mood, through the harmony of architecture, interior, environment, text, vision and other aspects, and ultimately form a unity of character, the night atmosphere can use all kinds of lamps to create a hierarchical lighting atmosphere; The second is to borrow mountains and rivers: using gardening techniques such as borrowing scenery and frame scenery to amplify advantages, and combining interactive scenes to carry out more interesting experiences. The third is to take memories, perhaps an old tree, a jar, or even an old wall, and redesign them through design so that they become part of the storytelling.

一、睡眠研究所

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

项目位于北京通州区张家湾镇的皇木厂村内，这里没有农田，更像是京城的后花园。一栋栋长相一致的小房子，白墙红窗，仍然可以让人感受到皇家新村600余年悠久历史的韵味。建筑位于村口西北角的醒目位置，是一栋两层砖混结构的小楼，原本作为民房及办公使用。作为睡眠研究所在北京环球影城周边设立的首个民宿项目，饱经风霜的外墙和被风吹掉渣的屋檐早已迫不及待地希望有人来为它翻新和修复。

The project is located in Huangmuchang Village, Zhangjiawan Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing, where there is no farmland, more like the back garden of the capital. A series of small houses with the same appearance, white walls and red Windows, can still make people feel the charm of the Royal New Village more than 600 years of history. Located in a prominent position in the northwest corner of the village, the building is a two-story brick and concrete structure, which was originally used as a residential and office. How Studio was commissioned to transform and design it as the first homestay project set up by the Sleep Research Institute around Universal Studios in Beijing. Weather-beaten facades and wind-blown eaves are desperate for someone to renovate and restore it.

在一个100平米的矩形院落中，设计师巧妙地将其分割成多个半围合的小院子，旨在营造一种内向性的内院环境。每个小院子都有一颗尚未栽种的小树作为主角，这些树木将在未来的冬季完工时种植。这些院子之间形成了有机的联系，在多层次的空间布局下，茶室、客房、围墙与院子之间发生了一系列的互动关系。当使用者进入这个空间时，他们可以以自己的方式和视角去阅读建筑的内在。这样，建筑的容器作用得以体现，随着光影的变化和人的移动，建筑空间呈现出诗意般的美感。

In a 100-square-meter rectangular courtyard, the designer cleverly divided it into a number of semi-enclosed small yards, aiming to create an internal courtyard environment. Each small yard features an unplanted small tree that will be planted in the coming winter when it is finished. These courtyards form an organic connection, and a series of interactions take place between the tea room, the guest room, the wall and the courtyard under the multi-level spatial layout. When users enter this space, they can read the interior of the building in their own way and perspective. In this way, the container function of the building is reflected, and with the change of light and shadow and the movement of people, the architectural space presents a poetic beauty.

建筑与室内设计的灵感源自一道1/4圆弧，这种设计语言以严谨而自由的方式在空间中流动。设计师通过几何构成的手法增强了建筑的张力，使整个结构显得更加动态和有力。在立面设计上，建筑体块向外延伸，仿佛以流动的姿态向大自然靠拢，巧妙地缩短了建筑、自然与人之间的距离。此外，白色的外墙赋予了建筑一种抽象而雕塑般的美感。白色材质的运用不仅模糊了墙体与顶部的界限，还使得整个空间与自然光线交融，创造出一种流动而和谐的视觉效果。这种设计带给人们纯粹的体验和无限的想象空间，使建筑本身成为一种独特的艺术表达。

The architecture and interior design are inspired by a 1/4 arc, a design language that flows through the space in a rigorous and free way. The designer enhances the tension of the building through geometric composition, making the whole structure more dynamic and powerful. In the facade design, the building blocks extend outwards, as if moving towards nature, subtly shortening the distance between architecture, nature and people. In addition, the white facades give the building an abstract and sculptural aesthetic. The use of white material not only blurs the boundary between the wall and the top, but also allows the entire space to blend with natural light, creating a flowing and harmonious visual effect. This design brings people pure experience and unlimited imagination space, making the building itself a unique artistic expression.

二、室内美学

INTERIOR AESTHETICS

在室内设计领域，采用预制组件进行现场组合拼装的技术已经逐渐成为一种趋势。这种设计手法不仅提高了施工效率，还显著降低了建造成本，尤其在预算有限的项目中表现出了极大的优势。通过预先制作标准化的组件，如墙面板、地板块、天花板系统等，施工现场只需将这些部件像拼图一样组装起来，大大缩短了工期。此外，这种方法还减少了现场作业产生的废料和噪音，对环境的影响也较小。

In the field of interior design, the technology of using prefabricated components for on-site assembly has gradually become a trend. This design approach not only improves construction efficiency, but also significantly reduces construction costs, especially in projects with limited budgets. By pre-making standardized components, such as wall panels, floor panels, ceiling systems, etc., the construction site only needs to assemble these components like a jigsaw puzzle, greatly shortening the construction period. In addition, this method reduces waste and noise generated by on-site operations, and has less impact on the environment.

怎样用最简单的材料与工艺，创造出最与众不同的空间体验是我们在此项目中思考的课题。怎样一种颜色能描绘出梦的色彩，那就是一望无际的“白”。在这个白色的空间里，一切都显得格外真实、纯粹,像掉落进棉花糖里的蚂蚁，这里只有远离外在世俗的故事。在处理墙与墙的交接线的时候我们格外留心，每一根线就像是勾勒出这个梦的网，我们希望用最简洁的语言编织出最淳朴的梦境。像雾一样湮灭在视线里，消失在那诗意盎然的“白”里。

What kind of color can describe the color of the dream, that is the endless "white". In this white space, everything seems extraordinarily real and pure, like ants falling into the marshmallow, and there are only stories far away from the outside world. We pay special attention when dealing with the line of the wall to the wall, each line is like the outline of the dream of the net, we hope to use the most concise language to weave the most simple dream. Like fog annihilated in the line of sight, disappeared in the poetic "white".
