格隆汇8月12日丨金河生物(002688.SZ)公布，公司于2024年8月12日召开了第六届董事会第十六次会议审议通过了《关于向2024年股票期权激励计划激励对象授予股票期权的议案》，公司董事会认为《金河生物科技股份有限公司2024年股票期权激励计划》规定的股票期权的授予条件已经成就，同意以2024年8月12日作为授权日，以2.94元/份的行权价格向符合条件的25名激励对象授予1,175万份股票期权。
