财联社8月14日电，国际能源署（IEA）的月度报告显示，国际能源署认为， 7月份俄罗斯石油和石油产品出口量比6月份减少了28万桶/日，约为740万桶/日，这是2023年8月以来的最低水平，但收入却增加了8.8亿美元，达到171.2 亿。
