财联社8月14日电，日本国土交通省认定，此前从成田机场起飞前往洛杉矶的波音747型货机因机体故障而折返紧急着陆的事件为航空事故。日本运输安全委员会指定两名航空事故调查员，预计将于14日开始进行实地调查。
