The audience group of new Chinese style is mainly young consumers, especially those under 30 years old. 一、浙江 · 余丰里

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

临海余丰里民宿，坐落于历史文化名城浙江临海台州府城的赤城路老街口，是一处建筑面积近4000平方米的历史建筑改造项目。这座民宿的前身，承载着百年历史的厚重，曾是一间繁荣的老当铺。它由一座拥有100多年历史的四合院组成，这个四合院见证了无数的故事与变迁。同时，还有两栋60年历史的砖混工业用房，这些工业用房曾经是当地工业发展的重要见证。

Yufengli Homestay Linhai, located in the old street of Chicheng Road in Taizhou City, Linhai City, Zhejiang Province, is a historical building renovation project with a construction area of nearly 4000 square meters. The predecessor of this B&B, carrying the heavy history of a hundred years, was once a prosperous old pawnshop. It consists of a Siheyuan with a history of more than 100 years, which has witnessed countless stories and changes. At the same time, there are two 60-year-old brick and concrete industrial buildings, which used to be an important witness of local industrial development.

整个台州府城古镇仍然保留着大量历史古建筑，而作为项目所在地的紫阳老街还延续着传统的街坊生活方式。这里不仅是临海千年古城的文化血脉，更是古城遗址的缩影，宛若一座活的历史建筑馆。在项目启动之初便面临了一个挑战：如何在一处融合了百年历史的土地上，让旧与新、传统与未来展开对话，从而创造出全新的居住空间体验？这成为了对新居住模式、城市更新的进一步探索。

Here is not only the cultural blood of the millennia-old city of Linhai, but also the epitome of the ancient city ruins, like a living historical building museum. At the beginning of the project, we were faced with a challenge: how to create a new living space experience in a land that incorporates a hundred years of history, to engage the old and the new, the tradition and the future in dialogue? This has become our core thinking, and it is also a further exploration of new living patterns and urban renewal.

面对不同年代的老建筑采取“量身打造”的改造策略。对于那座拥有100年历史的四合院，秉持着修旧如旧的原则，尽可能地还原了它作为历史院落的生气。在细节处理上保留曾经的“当铺记忆”，让历史的印记得以延续。同时也为这座四合院注入了新的生命力，让它焕发出新时代的光彩。而对于那两幢具有60年历史的工业遗存建筑，保留一部分历史和工业痕迹。在整体建筑修缮的过程中，在局部加入当代空间感受和空间使用方式，使新与旧之间产生了一种戏剧化的空间对话。这种对话不仅展现了建筑的历史底蕴，也彰显了现代设计的魅力。

In the face of old buildings of different ages, adopt the "tailor-made" transformation strategy. For the Siheyuan with a history of 100 years, we uphold the principle of restoring the old as the old, and restore its vitality as a historical courtyard as much as possible. In the details of the preservation of the past "pawnshop memory", so that the imprint of history can continue. At the same time, it also injected new vitality into the Siheyuan, making it glow with the brilliance of the new era. As for the two industrial heritage buildings with a history of 60 years, some historical and industrial traces are preserved. In the process of overall building renovation, contemporary space feeling and space use were added in some parts, creating a dramatic spatial dialogue between the new and the old. This dialogue not only shows the historical heritage of the building, but also highlights the charm of modern design.

二、室内美学

INTERIOR AESTHETICS

在对四合院内部进行精心改造时，特别选择某些局部空间实施了一二层通高的设计，赋予了空间更多的灵活性，也为其注入了新的活力。这些通高空间被巧妙地规划为多功能区域，可以是图书馆，也可以变身为众创空间，或是会客厅、咖啡吧等。每一个功能区都精心设计，旨在提供独特的体验和舒适的环境。这种设计手法不仅巧妙地利用了原有建筑的结构特点，更是在现代与传统之间找到了完美的平衡点。它成为了设计中的一大亮点，具有强烈的反差力。

In the careful transformation of the inside of the Siheyuan, some local Spaces were selected to implement the double-height design, which gave the space more flexibility and injected new vitality. These double-height Spaces are cleverly planned as multi-functional areas, which can be libraries, but also can be transformed into creative Spaces, or meeting rooms, coffee bars and so on. Each function area has been carefully designed to provide a unique experience and a comfortable environment. This design approach not only cleverly uses the structural characteristics of the original building, but also finds a perfect balance between modernity and tradition. It has become a highlight in the design, with a strong contrast.

城市客厅把原来分裂开来的城市公共活动整合在一起，对内作为民宿的服务功能，提升居住的配套附加值；对外向城市开放，成为城市人群活动、聚会、交友、学习等聚集地。而同样重要的是，通过公共区域与民宿区域的分区管理，依旧保证民宿区域的私密性与专属性。

"Urban living room" integrates the originally divided urban public activities together, and serves as a domestic service function to enhance the added value of living. It is open to the city and has become a gathering place for urban people to engage in activities, gather, make friends and learn. It is also important to ensure the privacy and exclusivity of homestay areas through the zoning management of public areas and homestay areas.

老建筑原有的木梁柱结构自然、纯粹，为保留其本初的美感，设计首先将老建筑的木结构修复和直接裸露作为室内空间的自然划分和主基调，局部点缀既与之相和谐又增加现代氛围的家具。屋顶的木椽石瓦被打开一方天光，在引入自然光线的同时，营造将使用者带入“星空下”百年历史畅想的居住美感中。

The original wooden beam and column structure of the old building is natural and pure. In order to retain its original beauty, the design first takes the restoration and direct exposure of the wooden structure of the old building as the natural division and main tone of the interior space, and the local embellishment is not only harmonious with it but also adds the modern atmosphere of furniture. The wooden rafters and stone tiles of the roof are opened to a skylight, introducing natural light and creating a residential beauty that brings users into the century-old fantasy of "under the stars".

在对60年代建筑客房进行改造时采取“50%传统+50%现代”。这种策略旨在保留建筑的历史质感，同时引入现代元素，为使用者创造一个既具有历史韵味又不失现代舒适的居住环境。首先在室内空间中保留了具有历史质感的青砖和混凝土结构。这些传统元素不仅承载着过去的记忆，还为整个空间增添了一种独特的氛围。通过精心的设计，这些传统结构与现代元素相互交织，形成了一种和谐而独特的美感。

When renovating the rooms in the 60s building, we adopted a unique strategy of "50% traditional +50% modern". This strategy aims to preserve the historical texture of the building while introducing modern elements to create a living environment that is both historic and modern. First of all, we have retained the historical texture of the black brick and concrete structure in the interior space. These traditional elements not only carry the memories of the past, but also add a unique atmosphere to the entire space. Through careful design, these traditional structures are interwoven with modern elements, forming a harmonious and unique aesthetic.
