最新消息：俄罗斯国防部长别洛乌索夫今天（8月20日）宣布，俄罗斯已成立三个新的军事集团，以加强与乌克兰接壤地区的安全。这三个军团分别以俄罗斯三个边境州，也就是库尔斯克、别尔哥罗德和布良斯克命名。（总台记者王斌）
