财联社8月21日电，非洲电信公司Liquid Telecom首席执行官Hardy Pemhiwa称，该公司希望在今年年底前筹集2.25亿美元，一家美国开发机构将成为主要投资者之一。Pemhiwa称，美国国际开发金融公司将是未来几周9000万美元融资的最大参与者之一，而Liquid计划在今年晚些时候进行第二轮融资。
