Didar Azat, who hosts Beijing Radio and Television Station, graduated from China University of Geosciences with a bachelor's degree majoring in English, and graduated from the School of Broadcasting and Hosting Arts of Communication University of China with a master's degree majoring in Spoken Communication, specializing in Journalism and Communication.

迪达尔·阿扎提，北京广播电视台主持人，本科毕业于中国地质大学英语专业，硕士毕业于中国传媒大学播音主持艺术学院新闻与传播专业口语传播方向。

"In the beginning , we're all children"

“开始的开始，我们都是孩子”

Didar was born in Tacheng, Xinjiang, and both of her parents are legal professionals.

迪达尔出生于新疆塔城，父母都是法律工作者。

Born in a family with rich exposures to law, Didar did not continue her parents' path, but showed a passion for standing on stage and speaking at an early age.

在这样一个法律氛围浓厚的家庭里出生的迪达尔，并没有沿着父母的道路继续走下去，而是在很小的时候就展现出了对站在舞台上演讲的热爱。

While other little girls were playing with dolls, the four-year-old Didar enjoyed fiddling with the family cassette recorder .

当同龄的小女孩在玩布娃娃的时候，四岁的迪达尔却喜欢摆弄家里的卡带录音机 。

Her parents didn't know why she was obsessed with cassette recorders until they once, by chance, saw Dildar bobbing her head to tell a story. Her eyes were glowing as she was telling the story.

父母也不知道她为什么对卡带录音机情有独钟。直到一次偶然的机会，他们看到了她摇头晃脑讲故事的可爱模样，谜底才有了答案，讲起故事的她啊，眼睛里都在发光。

After that,Didar’s parents decided to take her to perform at work parties.

在那之后，他们就决定带小迪达尔去单位联欢会上表演节目。

Dildar’s parents thought, as a child, Dildar would cry because of the fear of attentions. Yet surprisingly, little Didar was holding the microphone without stage fright, vividly told the story of "Little Red Riding Hood", winning the applause of the audience.

再喜欢毕竟也只是个孩子，本以为她会在众多大人的注视下害怕地大哭，但出人意料的是，小迪达尔握着话筒毫不怯场，绘声绘色地讲述了《小红帽》的故事，获得满堂喝彩。

Didar told us with a smile, "The first audience I had was the uncles and aunts from my dad's work."

迪达尔笑着对我们说：“我拥有的第一批观众就是爸爸单位的叔叔阿姨们。”

Didar developed her dream of becoming a host when she was in elementary school.

迪达尔真正萌生当主持人的梦想是在上小学的时候。

Watching the elegant and glamorous hosts holding microphones on TV, she could not stop thinking how great it would be to also be on the big stage and become a host one day.

那时的她看着电视上手握话筒，谈吐优雅、落落大方的主持人姐姐就特别羡慕，还会想如果有一天自己也能登上主持的大舞台那该多好。

As she grew up, she learned that many excellent hosts in China graduated from the Communication University of China (CUC). Since then, she had been determined to get into the CUC to become closer to her dream.

等到长大了一些的时候，她了解到国内很多优秀的主持人都毕业于中国传媒大学，也便是从那时起，她就暗自下决心要考到中国传媒大学，离自己的梦想更近一步。

Just like that a seed of a dream was planted in little Didar's heart.

就这样，小迪达尔的心中埋下了一颗梦想的种子。

"Inland-high- school calss - the place where dreams begin"

“内高班——梦开始的地方”

In 2009, Didar was admitted to the Inland-high -School class for Xinjiang students in Zhengzhou No. 7 Middle School.

2009年迪达尔考上了郑州市第七中学内地新疆高中班。

Once in school, Didar showed her love for artistic work, she ran for radio announcer, joined the student union, and founded a folk dance club to teach local students folk dance.

一进学校，迪达尔就展现出了对于文艺工作的热爱，她竞选广播台播音员，加入学生会，还一手创立了民族舞蹈社团，教本地的同学们跳民族舞蹈。

Not only that, in the national inland Xinjiang class speech competition, she won the first prize. Didar is not only versatile, but also very good academic performance, she worked hard, admitted to the liberal arts major class.

不仅如此，在全国内地新疆班演讲比赛中，她更是捧回了第一名的奖杯。迪达尔不但多才多艺，而且学习成绩也很好，她刻苦努力，考入了文科重点班。

In the third year of high school, she was among the best, but she made an unexpected decision - art exam.

高三的时候，成绩名列前茅的她却做出了让人意想不到的决定——艺考。

The decision might not have been difficult for most of the student, but it wasn't easy for Didar.

或许这个决定对于普通学生来说不困难，但对于迪达尔并不容易。

With her parents absent and the school's first Xinjiang class student, there was no precedent for her, and school leaders disagreed with her decision at first.

她父母不在身边，再加上是该校第一届新疆班学生，从前没有这样的先例，学校领导一开始不同意她的决定。

But after repeated pleas and self-justification from Didar, the school finally chose to respect the girl's decision.

但在迪达尔的再三请求和自我证明后，学校最终选择尊重这个小姑娘的决定。

The seed that had been buried in Didar's heart since childhood wanted to sprout this spring, and she couldn't wait.

那颗从小埋在迪达尔心里的种子想要在这个春天发芽，她等不及了。

In addition to the school's full curriculum, Didar, a senior in high school, also needs to go outside the school on weekends to catch up on specialized courses.

高三的迪达尔除了学校满满当当的课程之外，还需要在周末去校外补习专业课。

In the winter of that year, at the age of 18, Didar went to Beijing alone to participate in the art examination of Chinese communication music hosting.那一年的冬天，18岁的迪达尔只身前往北京参加中传播音主持专业的艺考。

After two months of professional study, Didal successfully passed the first test, but the reality is not a fairy tale, she paid a lot but finally stopped at the second test.

经过两个月的专业学习，迪达尔顺利通过初试，但现实不是童话故事，付出良多的她却最终止步于复试。

Talking about the experience now, she recalls with a smile: "I still feel so happy when I think back, I never thought of giving up, and I didn't feel bitter, because I finally had the opportunity to pursue my dream."

现在再谈起这段经历时，她笑着回忆：“我现在回想起来还是觉得好幸福，那时从来没有想过放弃，也没觉得苦，因为终于有机会能去追逐梦想了。”

Didar, a freshman, Felt lost，after being rejected from her dream University.

与梦想失之交臂，刚步入大学的迪达尔感觉失去了努力的方向。

Indeed, everyone will be disappointed when the hard work does not yield the desired results.

是啊！为之奋斗的努力并没有收获想要的果实，在谁身上都会失落吧。

The feeling is as if one jumped with all their strength and got nothing but the wind whistling in their ears.

就好像用尽全力纵身一跃，除了耳边呼啸的风什么也没得到。

An unexpected university with an adjusted major led her to an entire year of lost.

一所意想不到的大学，被调剂的专业，就这样，她经历了一整个学年的迷茫。

The turning point came in her second year. Seeing a host who was around her age at a college event, Didar’s tears suddenly welling up.

转折发生在大二，在一次学院晚会上，她坐在台下看着聚光灯下那个跟她年龄相仿的主持人，眼泪突然溢出了眼眶。

That stubborn seed wanted to give it another shot.

那颗倔强的种子想再试一次。

If I can’t attend my dream university as an undergraduate, then why not try to go there for a master's degree?" This thought popped into her mind.

“既然本科去不了那就研究生去呗。”她的脑海里蹦出了这样的念头。

She started taking action with a new goal.

有了新的目标后，她积极地行动了起来。

To get her master's degree in totally different fields, Didar deemed to faced pressures and challenges.As an English major student, Didar needed to work even harder than others in the same situation

作为一名跨考生，迪达尔要面对的压力和困难不言而喻，同等条件下，英语专业的她需要更加努力。

In the first two years, she chose to enhance her stage performance through competitions.

在头两年她选择用比赛来锻炼自己舞台上的表现能力。

She participated in contests such as the "Campus Orator" and the English short drama contest at school. After each event, she learned from her experiences, figured out her shortcomings, and worked on Bettering her foundational skills.

在学校她先后参加了“校园演说家”大赛 、英语短剧大赛等一系列比赛，通过这些比赛她一次又一次的总结经验，发现不足，扎实自己的基本功。

All her "small achievements" earned on campus Couldn’t fulfill Didar, so she aimed to step beyond the campus.

迪达尔也没有满足于在校园内获得的一个个“小成就”，她要走出校园。

Outside of school, she entered the Beijing TV "Most Beautiful Female Student" anchor competition. Among all professional competitors, her hard work eventually placed her in the top 50 anchors nationwide.

在校外，迪达尔又参加了北京卫视“最美女生”全国主播赛，在一群专业的主播里面凭借自己的努力最终获得了全国50强。

Additionally, she won the third prize in the Recitation Competition for all uni students in Beijing and won the "Most Promising Award" in the Environmental Protection-themed Speech Contest held in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration.

此外她还获得北京市大学生朗诵比赛三等奖、京津冀环保主题演讲比赛“最具潜力奖”。

These various competitions and experiences paved a path of light and hope for Didar's dream.

厚积而薄发，这些大大小小的比赛与经历为迪达尔通往梦想铺垫了一层光与亮。

In the second semester of junior year Didar was all involved in preparing for Nationwide Master's Program Unified Admissions Examination.

大三下学期迪达尔开始全面备战研究生考试。

Handling 16 specialized books was rather difficult for her, as someone who was going for a different major

十六本专业书对于她这个跨专业的考生绝对是一个大难题。

Today, she still remembers the time when she got up at 5:30 every morning lining up for seats in library. It was the crack of dawn and the line already became so long in front of the library. There is always someone working hard to chase after her dreams.

现如今她记忆最深的，还是每天五点半起床，去图书馆排队占座位的情景。天刚微亮，图书馆门口的队伍早已排长，追逐梦想的道路上从不缺努力的人……

“It was really hard that time, but it didn`t feel too tired cause there were a bulk of Other students working together with me.

“当时觉得很苦，但在那样一个时候，有很多同学跟我一起努力也就不会觉得自己很累了。”

In the winter of 2017, Didar presented on the court of broadcasting and presiding in Communication University of China for the second time. Unlike last times, In both professional and practical knowledges, she had become one of the bests after four yrs of hard work

2017年的冬天迪达尔第二次出现在中国传媒大学的播音主持考场上，与之前不同的是，现在的她经过四年的努力，无论是专业知识还是实践能力上都已成为全国众多考生中的佼佼者。

This time, she was admitted to do post for Journalism and Communication in the direction of oral broadcasting in Communication University of China.

这一次她如愿以偿地考上了中国传媒大学新闻与传播专业口语传播方向研究生。

The day when the grade was launched, she shared a line in her microblog, That We need to chase what we like no matter what it takes.

在出成绩的那一天，她在微博里分享了这样一句话：“喜欢的东西绕多大圈都想追回来。”

After stepping into the gate of Communication University of China , Didar found that Her years of hard work paid off.

在真正踏入中国传媒大学的大门以后，迪达尔发现：多年的坚持一定会有它的意义！

She met her mentor Teacher Xiaoyang Song in the ground of dream.

在这梦想的土壤里，她遇见了自己专业上的恩师宋晓阳老师。

“I will not be who I am today without her. Not only is she my guide and mentor in my specialty, but she also is my trustworthy friend in life.”

“没有她，我一定不是现在的样子。她是我专业上的引路人、我的恩师，更是我生活里欣赏牵挂、是可以信任的好朋友。”

During the post-graduate time, with the company of mentor and friends, the seed she planted initially kept absorbing nutrition from the ground of dream, and waited for blooming silently.

研究生期间，恩师相伴，益友相随，当初的种子不断地汲取着梦想热土上的养分，静候花开......

Didar chose to be involved in Practical competitions to further develop her skills instead of being self-satisfied or relaxed during her post-graduate time.

读研期间的迪达尔也没有自满、放松，而是选择继续投身比赛与实践，丰满羽翼。

She won Silver Medal in Marathon Host Contest of People Daily, was hired as host of marathon events of People Sports and became trainee reporter of China Central Television etc.

获得人民网马拉松主持人大赛银奖、被聘为“人民体育”马拉松赛事主持人、成为中央广播电视总台实习记者......

Through resilience and growth,Didar eventually understood he meaning of “Ten years of hard work is needed before being on the stage for one minute.”

一次次的成长与经历，她明白了“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的真正含义。

"The Seed of Dreams Blossomed"

For every bit of hard work, there is a corre`sponding reward.

一分耕耘，一分收获。

After graduating from graduate school, Didar received three job offers from Shanghai Oriental Shopping Channel, Suning PP Sports, and Sichuan Radio and Television Station respectively.

研究生毕业后的迪达尔获得了分别来自上海卫视东方购物频道、苏宁PP体育和四川广播电视台的三份工作邀请 。

After a month of on-site internships, she ultimately decided to give up opportunities in Beijing and Shanghai, and chose Sichuan Radio and Television Station.

经过一个月的实地实习，她最后放弃了北京和上海，选择了四川广播电视台。

When asked why she turned down job opportunities in top-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai, she said:

当被问到为什么要放弃北京上海一线城市工作机会的时候，她说：

"The first job you enter in your career is crucial, and at this stage, I value practical experience and solid groundwork. At Sichuan Radio and Television Station, I have the opportunity to work on different types of programs, which will help me enhance my media literacy, grow rapidly, and lay a solid foundation to become an outstanding host in the future."

“进入职场的第一份工作选择十分重要，现阶段我更看重脚踏实地地积累实践经验。在四川广播电视台我能做不同类型的节目，帮助我提升媒体素养，迅速成长，为日后成为一名优秀的主持人打好基础。”

As a newcomer to the workplace, she hosted various women's and youth programs on Sichuan Radio and Television Station's Women and Children's Channel.

初入职场的她在四川广播电视台妇女儿童频道主持多档女性节目与青少年节目。

In addition, she witnessed news events during live broadcasts, honed her presence as a host in evening gala ceremonies, and gradually developed into a versatile host through scriptwriting and planning behind the scenes.

除此之外，她在直播中见证新闻现场，在晚会典礼主持中锤炼气场，也在幕后撰稿策划中逐步努力成为成熟的“一专多能”型主持人。

In September 2020, Didar returned to Beijing and became a host for a current affairs program on the lifestyle channel of Beijing Radio and Television Station. From initially familiarizing herself with the tone of current affairs news during fieldwork, to the nervousness during her first live news program, and to now calmly handling various challenges at work, Didar continued to pursue her dreams on this new platform.

2020年9月迪达尔回到了北京，成为了北京广播电视台生活频道的一名民生新闻节目主持人。从最初出外景开始努力熟悉民生新闻的调性，到后来第一次进行新闻直播节目时的紧张再到如今能够从容的应对工作中的各种问题，迪达尔在新的平台继续追寻自己的梦想。

Throughout her journey of growth and chasing dreams, amidst the applause and cheers, Didar faced numerous instances of condescension and doubt.

在成长追梦的过程中，相比接受掌声和欢呼，迪达尔面对最多的还是如影随形的轻视和质疑。

During our conversation, she also shared her experience of weighing 70 kilograms during high school.

在聊天过程中她还讲起自己高中阶段体重彪到70公斤的经历。

At that time, many people told her,"You're too overweight to become a host."

那时有很多人跟她说：“你那么胖肯定当不了主持人。”

When she decided to work in the Beijing, many people told her: "You're giving up your professional path halfway, the Beijing has plenty of talent. How can you stand out and stay?" "You'd better stop struggling and find a stable job."

当她决定在北京工作时还是有很多人告诉她：“你跨专业半路出家，内地人才济济，你怎么可能站稳脚跟留下来呢?” “你还是别再挣扎，找个安稳的工作吧。”

However, she never denied herself. It wasn't that she didn't care, but she knew that the best response to these doubts came from her own actions.

但她却从没否定过自己，不是不在意，是她知道对于这些质疑最好的回答，就是来自她自己的行动。

During high school, she lost 20 kilograms for the arts college entrance exam, got into a communication university to study master degree despite major switch, received offers from three major media platforms upon graduation, and has now become a host at Sichuan Radio and Television Station, proving that she is steadily realizing her dream through her hard work.

高中时为了艺考暴瘦20公斤，跨专业考上中传研究生，毕业时获得三大平台的offer，再到如今成为四川广播电视台主持人，她在用自己的努力一步一步实现着梦想。

"Because I know that their denial is their business, my pursuit and happiness are my business , In addition, if you do not try ,how do you know that it can't be done ?" In the process of chatting with her ,my mind could not calm down for a long time .

“因为我知道他们否定是他们的事儿，我的追求和快乐是我的事儿，更何况，不试试，你怎么知道不行呢? ”在和她聊天的过程中，我的思绪久久不能平静。

The beginning of the story is too familiar.

这故事的开头太过于熟悉。

Beyond, she is you and me.

她不只是迪达尔，其实也是你，也是我。

The girl who Who persistently pursued what she likes, Never gives up when facing difficulties even stumbling everywhere .

那个慢慢摸索着自己热爱的东西，跌跌撞撞也舍不得放弃的女孩；

Who is confused in a strange city .

那个在陌生城市迷茫着女孩；

Who once said that" dreams are too far away ",Wiping away tears and continuing walk.

那个曾被人说“梦想太遥远”时，擦干眼泪继续走的女孩。

Reality is not a fairy tale ,and efforts won't be reward in a short period of time .

现实的确不是童话故事，努力在短时间内可能不会有回报。

Unlike many others, Didar never gave up.

与很多人不同的是，迪达尔坚持下来了。

From the ignorant little girl at the beginning, she has now become a glamorous host on stage.And she is using her actions to inspire those young people to pursue dreams like her:

从当初那个懵懵懂懂的小女孩，蜕变成如今站在台上落落大方的主持人，她在用自己的行动激励着那些跟她一样逐梦的年轻人：

When people says "you can't" ,your action is the best answer .

“当别人跟你说‘你不可能’的时候，你的行动往往是最好的回答。”

At the end of the interview, she shared one of her dreams with us .

在采访的最后迪达尔跟我们分享了她的一个梦想：

Nowadays there are more and more outstanding media People in Xinjiang and out of Xinjiang , hopefully one day they can gather their talents together and contribute our strength to our hometown . I'll also try to be one of the waves.

“现在也有了越来越多在新疆以及走出新疆的优秀媒体人，也希望有朝一日，幕前幕后的大家可以共同汇聚才能，为家乡的进步奉献我们作为媒体人的力量。我会努力成为其中的一朵浪花。”

The Kazakh girl from TaCheng Xinjiang still has a long way to go in the future .

这个来自新疆塔城的哈萨克族小姑娘，现如今初步实现了自己的梦想，但她未来要走的路更长、更远。

We believe that we will see her on a bigger and larger stage in the future, and she will also let more people hear the voice of from Xin Jiang.

我们深信未来会在更大的舞台上看到她的身影，她也会让更多人听到来自新疆的声音。
