项目为东莞传统豪宅片区，比邻城市中心山体公园—黄旗山公园，景观主题：“新加坡风情园林人文艺术社区”。当代景观规划主创设计师参与设计，景观将人性化的景观设施与住宅规划有机结合，将住区绿地巧妙且完美地与城市公共绿地连成一体，并将住宅环境景观融入城市整体景观。同时中心泳池区域利用与地下车库的高差关系，打造了一个四层的无边际泳池，形成立体式园林景观，利用架空层的灰空间，将各个宅间组团串联成一个大社区，多变的水景，精致的艺术小品，给客户提供的不仅仅是园林景观，更是引导一种休闲的生活方式和品质。
The project, a traditional luxury residential area in Dongguan City, next to Huangqishan Park which is the city center mountain park, is entitled a Singapore-flavor Garden Arts and Humanities Community. The landscape organically integrates humanized landscape facilities with residential planning and perfectly fuses residential green fields with urban public green fields as well as takes residential environment landscape into the overall landscape of the city. Meanwhile, the height difference between the central swimming pool area and underground garage is used to build a four-story boundless pool thus a three-dimensional landscape formed. The landscape takes advantage of gray space of overhead layer to connect every building in series to become a large community. Moreover, changeable waterscape and delicate art pieces provide customers with not only the garden landscape but also a guide of casual lifestyle and quality.
