受强降雨影响，9月4日早上，青海省海西州都兰县香日德镇发生洪涝灾害，部分房屋车辆受损，人员受困。武警青海总队海西支队官兵紧急赶赴现场展开抢险救援，转移受灾群众、构筑防洪堤坝，全力保障人民群众生命财产安全。
