9月4日，阿里旗下源头厂货直销平台1688发布《买家保障服务升级公告》。从9月12日开始，面向买家体验提升，平台对每笔订单最高补贴25元运费；面向商家经营减负，平台将调整“仅退款”规则，设置专项资金，出资补贴有高回头率的商家，并提供绿色申诉通道。
