The highest good is very much like that of water. The water is good at benefiting all creatures without competition.It is content with the places that people dislike. Therefore water is always close to the Way. It is located at the best place for people to live. In thoughts ,it values profoundness. In friendship , it values kindness.In words,it values truth.In government ,it values good order.In deeds,it values effectiveness. In actions ,it values timeliness.In each case ,it is because no competition therefore there is no complaint.
