整个场域被划分为四进院落、16间套房。客房内所有家具均采用实木手工雕琢，来呼应建筑的美感。这里的不少客房还配置了私属庭院，庭院中的园林小景，散发着老宅独有的安静与温润，充满独有的力量美。
