本次征集活动面向全球青少年，分为国内组和国际组两个组别。

This contest is open to teenagers from around the world and is divided into two categories: domestic and international.

作品要求

Submission Guidelines

文字类：体裁不限，标题自拟，观点鲜明，真情实感，中英文皆可，字数不超过4000字。

Writing:The genre is open, and the title should be self-chosen. Submissions must present a clear and well-defined viewpoint, with authentic emotion and insight. Submissions can be in either Chinese or English, with a maximum word/character count of 4000.

视频类：视频内容可通过演讲、访谈、剧情短片、才艺展示、脱口秀、Vlog等多样化形式呈现。标题自拟，时长不超过5分钟，分辨率不低于1280*720，单个文件不超过500M，文件格式为MP4/Mov。呈现语言中英文皆可，作品需另附200字以内中文或者英文说明。

Video:Videos can be presented in a variety of formats, such as speeches, interviews, short films, talent shows, talk shows, or vlogs. The title is self-chosen, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes. The resolution should be at least 1280x720, and the file size should not exceed 500M in MP4 or MOV format. The language can be Chinese or English. A description of no more than 200 words in Chinese or English should accompany the submission.

图片类：图片内容可通过摄影、绘画等形式，标题自拟，每组作品不超过10张图片，单张照片不超过5M，文件格式为JPEG或PNG。作品需另附200字以内中文或者英文说明。

Photo:Submissions can include photography or illustration. Titles are self-selected, and each set may include up to 10 images, with each photo not exceeding 5MB in JPG or PNG format. A description of no more than 200 words in Chinese or English is required.

各组别分别设立最佳作品（1个）、领先作品（10个）、创意作品（20个）和入围作品（若干）四类奖项，优秀作品均有机会获得展播并获得相应证书。

Each category (writing, video, and image-based works) will have four types of awards: Grand Prize Winner (1), Runners-up (10), Most Innovative Creations (20), and Finalists (several). Winning works will have the opportunity to be showcased and will receive certificates of recognition.

积极组织集体投稿且作品质量优秀的单位将获得“最佳组织”称号。

Organizations that actively encourage group submissions and demonstrate high-quality work will be awarded the title of "Best Organization."

组委会将开设优秀作品展播专区，展示创作者巧妙和深邃的创意，让更多人理解并看到孔子文化魅力，同时，部分优秀创作者将受邀参加2025中国国际孔子文化节和中国日报社“21世纪杯”系列活动，与其他海内外优秀青年面对面交流，促进文化交融互鉴。

The organizing committee will host a special exhibition area for outstanding works, allowing creators to showcase their creativity and depth, and helping more people appreciate the charm of Confucian culture. Selected outstanding creators will be invited to participate in the series of events at the 2025 China International Confucius Cultural Festival, as well as the 21st Century Cup series of events organized by China Daily, engaging in cultural exchanges with other talented youth from around the world.

The copyright for participants' videos, written content, photos, and recordings will belong to the event organizers. The organizers have the right to use these works for non-commercial purposes, including media publication, exhibitions, and online promotion.
