【9 月 16 日，上海中心气象台发布台风蓝色预警】今年第 13 号台风“贝碧嘉”15 时已进入江苏省无锡市境内。上海市防汛指挥部决定除青浦、松江、奉贤 3 区以外，其余各区 16 时起防汛响应行动调整为Ⅳ级。
