潘丽君出生于1982年，曾任临汾市委组织部网络宣传中心主任、干部五科科长、干部三科科长。
2019年9月，潘丽君调任临汾市人民检察院党组成员、政治部主任。2021年年初，潘丽君又调任浮山县委常委、组织部部长，直到本次履新。
一周前，贺婧已接替潘丽君任浮山县委常委、组织部部长。
