财联社9月23日电，据中国天气网消息，9月23日，我国中东部多地凉意加重，天津、郑州、西安、武汉、南京、上海、杭州等15个省会级城市创立秋以来气温新低。未来几天，我国大部以升温为主，但是9月底到10月初，还将有明显冷空气活动。
