中国人民银行行长潘功胜9月24日在国新办发布会上宣布，降低中央银行政策利率，7天期逆回购操作利率下调0.2个百分点，从目前的1.7%降为1.5%，引导贷款市场报价利率和存款利率同步下行，保持商业银行净息差稳定。（记者吴雨、姚均芳）
