“戴维斯正处巅峰，如果他现在就退役，他会是没拿过MVP和DPOY的球员里天赋最高的，新赛季他必须进入这两者的讨论之中。”杰弗森说道。
戴维斯生涯至今5次入选最佳阵容和最佳防守阵容，DPOY候选最高曾排在第2名（2019-20赛季），MVP候选最高则是第3名（2017-18赛季）。
