24岁物理学研究生拟被聘为中学勤杂工？多方回应

近日，一则“南京航空航天大学苏州附属中学勤杂工临聘工作人员的录用公示”显示，一名24岁物理学研究生拟被聘为该学校勤杂工，引发网友热议。

Reports that a college student pursuing a master's degree in physics enrolled to work as a janitor at a secondary school in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, have ignited heated debate online about whether he has made the best career choice. According to a notice issued by the Suzhou High School Affiliated to Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the 24-year-old is expected to work as a janitor at the school.

公示信息显示，被录用者性别男，出生年月为2000年3月，学历为硕士研究生，专业为物理学，录用岗位为“勤杂工”。公示时间为2024年9月14日至2024年9月25日。

据了解，当事人李永康于2021年考取物理学专业硕士研究生。今年6月，作为应届毕业生，通过了苏州工业园区教育系统教师招聘考核，成为拟录用人员，进入南航苏州附属中学跟岗实习。按照园区教师招聘要求，拟录用人员须于2024年8月31日前提供本岗位所要求的教师资格证书、学历学位证书及相关荣誉证书等材料。

本以为能顺利入职的李永康却遇到了难题，因论文尚未发表等原因，目前他只取得了研究生学历证书，暂未取得硕士学位证书，因此不具备正式录用资格。

The master's student, Li Yongkang, said that he had previously obtained a job offer from the school to work as a teacher. However, he was unable to get his master's degree as he had not published enough academic papers during postgraduate study, so he could not work at the school as a teacher.

校方介绍，新学期伊始，该校发布了一则勤杂工招聘启事。李永康看到招聘信息后前来报名，通过公开招聘、考核等程序后入围。

李永康曾表示，在攻读研究生期间就确立了要做一名教师的职业理想，在南航苏州附属中学的实习过程中，对学校的氛围很满意，因此，在看到勤杂工的招聘信息后报名，想通过这次机会继续留在校园工作。

A previous notice issued by the school did not list any requirements for a candidate's academic background, and only said it was looking for a male under age 50. Li was satisfied with the school's work environment while doing an internship there, so he applied to become a janitor at the school and got the job.

南航苏州附属中学有关负责人介绍，学校尊重当事人的就业选择和自我规划，已综合考虑物理教师紧缺、当事人跟岗实习期表现优异等因素，并征求了他本人意见，公示结束后拟暂时安排其在物理教研组从事物理教学辅助工作。

"Becoming a teacher is my dream, and I will start my new job while also waiting for the next opportunity to realize my teaching dream," he said. Wang Jian, Party secretary of the school, said it had consulted with Li and will arrange for him to become a teaching assistant on the school's physics teaching team.

消息传播过程中，有微信公众号文章称，这名叫李永康的学生，曾是国际物理奥林匹克竞赛金牌获得者，并被保送至北京大学。经过核实，录用公示中的李永康，与保送至北京大学的学生不是同一人。北大也借此呼吁自媒体尊重年轻人的职业选择，尊重和保护个人隐私。
