9月26日，中国人民银行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长朱鹤新会见来访的法国前总理、欧瑞泽投资集团特别顾问拉法兰（Jean-Pierre Raffarin）与欧瑞泽投资集团联合首席执行官许思博（Christophe Bavière）。双方就中国市场对外开放、促进中欧投资合作等议题进行了交流。国家外汇管理局副局长李红燕陪同会见。
