家银行跟进发布调降存量房贷利率（图片来自网络，与内文无关）
9月29日晚，中国银行、中国建设银行、中国农业银行发布关于存量住房贷款利率调整的公告称，落实《中国人民银行公告[2024]第11号》要求，积极响应自律机制倡议，拟于2024年10月12日发布具体实施细则或操作事宜，并于2024年10月31日前统一对存量商业性个人住房贷款利率实施批量调整。
