歌礼制药10月3日发布公告，旗下致力于代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝炎（MASH）领域新药研究开发和商业化的全资子公司甘莱制药有限公司宣布其战略合作伙伴Sagimet Biosciences Inc.（Sagimet，纳斯达克股份代码：SGMT）的用于治疗经肝穿活检证实纤维化2/3期MASH患者的ASC40（地尼法司他）获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）突破性疗法认定。歌礼已从Sagimet获得ASC40的大中华区独家授权。
