当地时间10月9日，俄罗斯联邦安全局斯摩棱斯克州联邦安全总局表示，当天俄强力部门在斯摩棱斯克市挫败一起针对斯摩棱斯克州内务总局的未遂恐怖活动。一名男子试图携带爆炸装置进入斯摩棱斯克州内务总局大楼。在实施抓捕过程中，上述男子受伤，两名内务总局警察受到震荡伤。
俄强力部门已依法对上述男子提起刑事诉讼。（总台记者 宋瑶）
