在面对全美经销商的批评以及欧洲零售商的双重压力下，Stellantis已确认，其现任首席执行官Carlos Tavares（唐唯实）将于2026年初正式卸任。今年9月，Stellantis公司董事长John Elkann也已证实，已开始寻找新任首席执行官一职。
另据Stellantis集团在一份新闻稿中证实，现任首席执行官Carlos Tavares将离职，并确认了一系列其他管理变动。其中，现任Jeep首席执行官Antonio Filosa被任命为北美首席运营官，而Jean-Philippe Imparato被任命为扩大欧洲的首席运营官，接替将离职的Uwe Hochgeschurtz。
此外，现任首席运营官Natalie King将离职，由曾担任Stellantis中国首席运营官的Doug Ostermann接任。玛莎拉蒂首席执行官Davide Grasso也将离职，由Santo Ficili接任，后者将担任玛莎拉蒂和阿尔法·罗密欧的新任首席执行官。值得注意的是，玛莎拉蒂和阿尔法·罗密欧近年在国内市场销量呈现明显下滑态势，而新任首席执行官上任后，是否会对中国市场做出大规模调整还有待观察。
