18日下午，深圳航空发布通报：
10月18日从石家庄飞往深圳的ZH9138航班起飞后，客舱出现烟雾，为保证飞行安全，机组按程序处置，迅速决策返航。航班已于14:24安全落地。深航将妥善安排受影响旅客。
