财联社10月23日电，美国疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)表示，麦当劳“足三两”(Quarter Pounders)汉堡与该国西部的一场大肠杆菌疫情爆发有关，已导致49人患病，1人死亡。该机构表示，已有10人入院，其中包括一名儿童。该机构称这些患者报告在发病前曾在麦当劳用餐，并特别提到吃了“足三两”汉堡。这家连锁餐厅的股价在盘后一度下跌9%。
