当地时间24日，菲律宾警方称，截至当天上午7时，受台风"潭美"影响，菲律宾比科尔地区共有20人死亡，另有4人失踪。
据菲律宾国家气象局消息，10月24日0时30分，第20号台风"潭美"在菲律宾伊萨贝拉省登陆，登陆强度为强热带风暴级别。（总台记者 黄铮铮）
