据“大连发布”消息，大连市发展和改革委员会、大连市交通运输局发布通知，按照国内成品油价格调整周期，10月24日大连市92号汽油零售价格为7.70元/升，低于大连市主城区巡游出租汽车燃油附加费起征点，根据相关规定，决定自10月27日零时起暂停征收燃油附加费。其他各区市县、先导区根据当地实际参照执行。
