财联社10月29日电，据黎巴嫩方面消息，当地时间10月28日，黎东部贝卡谷地的阿拉克镇遭以军空袭，导致16人死亡。当天早些时候，黎巴嫩方面称黎东部贝卡谷地的拉姆镇遭以军空袭，致9人死亡、1人受伤。以色列方面对此暂无回应。
