德州大学MD安德森癌症中心葛烨晶实验室招聘博士后诺干名。研究方向为皮肤成体干细胞可塑性在组织损伤,癌症以及衰老中的功能与机理。课题组近年来主要致力于表观遗传调控在组织再生与癌症发生中的分子机理和创新治疗手段 (Lyu et al, Ge, Cell 2024; Lyu et al, Ge, Genes & Dev 2022; Ellis et al, Ge, Fuchs, Nature 2019; Ge et al, Fuchs, Cell 2017; Ge et al, Fuchs, Nat Cell Bio 2016) 。具体研究手段可以参考实验室近期发表在Cell上关于皮肤干细胞转座子的文章(Lyu et al, Ge, Cell 2024)。详情请见实验室主页 http://yejinggelab.com/
英文简介
We are excited to have talented and passionate individuals join our team at the Department of Cancer Biology, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. Research in the Ge lab uses skin as model, applies mouse genetics tools and functional genomics approaches, and aims to understand the molecular determinants of stem cell plasticity in wound repair, cancer, and aging. Recent work includes understanding the epigenetic regulations in tissue regeneration and tumorigenesis (Lyu et al, Ge, Cell 2024,Lyu et al, Ge, Genes & Dev 2022; Ellis et al, Ge, Fuchs, Nature 2019; Ge et al, Fuchs, Cell 2017; Ge et al, Fuchs, Nat Cell Bio 2016). Examples for our conceptual and technological approaches can be found in our recent work on skin retrotransposons published in Cell (Lyu et al, Ge, Cell 2024). Candidates are required to hold a PhD in cell biology, development biology, genetics, biochemistry, or related fields. Skill sets in epigenetics and/or genomics will be weighed favorably.
