越南电动汽车制造商VinFast(VFS.US)涨4.6%，报4.08美元。消息面上，VinFast与阿联酋投资者财团达成了一项不具约束力的协议，将获得至少10亿美元的资金。消息人士称，该财团由Emirates Driving Company牵头，目前还没有明确的资金拨付时间表。(格隆汇)
