10月30日，牡丹区赵楼雅苑项目安置房迎来集中交付，牡丹街道赵楼社区的440户回迁居民即将喜迁新居。
据了解，赵楼雅苑项目由牡丹区城开投置业有限公司开发建设，总建筑面积约22.8万平方米。这次赵楼雅苑安置区交付7栋楼，共808套、10万余平方米，安置群众440户。
