据朝中社11月1日报道，朝鲜10月31日试射了该国最新型“火星炮－19”型洲际弹道导弹。
报道说，在试射中，该导弹上升顶点高度为7687.5公里，飞行距离达1001.2公里，飞行时间为5156秒，最后准确落在位于朝鲜东部公海的预定目标水域，试射未对周边国家安全造成负面影响。此次试射刷新了朝鲜战略导弹能力的纪录，展现了朝鲜战略遏制力的“现代性和可靠性”。
