据北京市住建委官网数据显示，10月31日北京新房网签526套，网签面积48715.42㎡，其中住宅网签257套，网签面积35876.14㎡；二手房网签1474套，网签面积121136.04㎡，其中住宅网签1400套，网签面积117043.31㎡。

截止目前，10月（10月1日~31日）北京新房网签8522套，网签面积748278㎡，其中住宅网签4943套，网签面积595904.88㎡；二手房网签18884套，网签面积1613061.84㎡，其中住宅17367套，住宅网签面积1519973.8㎡。
