财联社11月3日电，据交通运输部路网中心消息，截至11月3日9时，受大雾影响，江苏、北京、河北、山西、 天津共封闭路段60个，河北、山西、天津、陕西、辽宁单独关闭收费站355个，预计今日下午恢复通行。此外，受降雪及路面结冰影响，新疆封闭1个路段，涉及1条普通国道，恢复通行时间待定。
