为做好淮海经济区第一届运动会田径比赛的保障工作，2024年11月9日至11月14日为田径比赛场地使用时间，该期间徐州奥体中心主体育场暂停对市民开放，室外田径场于11月10日至11月14日暂停对市民开放。
